Century 21 All Professional barbeque lunch

On June 30, Just the 2 of Us catered a barbecue lunch for the new agents of the Century 21 All Professional team. Bill Eklund, the sales manager has been offering up challenges to get the new agents involved and working. The reward for these challenges if FOOD of course. The new agents met this current challenge of ten contracts and were treated to a delicious lunch. Of course all agents present that day old and new were welcome to join in.

On the menu was barbecued Tri-tip w/Chimicurri sauce barbecued on site. We also served Baked beans and Cornbread w/Honey butter or regular butter.

We had Teriyaki chicken wings (Sue's specialty),Grilled corn on the cob with Cilantro lime butter or regular butter.

There was also a couple of salads; a great variation of a Ceasar salad. Romaine lettuce with a bunch of add-ons such as dried cherries, sugared almonds and pecans,croutons,Parmesan cheese and a delicious Ceasar dressing. There was also a Tomato and cucumber salad with a yogurt dressing.

Last but not least a tray of assorted melons for desert.

Since it was so close to the 4th of July that was the theme for the tablescape. The table was decorated with flags, garlands of stars and stars to label each dish.

Luckily for everyone the weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed the food (it went quickly) and the afternoon.

Thank you Bill for having us cater your event... there is another challenge on the table for the newbies.. and if they can meet that one, we may be catering them a dinner.
